Birds of Paradise is private gated community with 24 hours security and on site manager. Amazing facilities with a mix of owners and renters from Canada and US
Absolutely stunning view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms 2017. All new appliances and blinds and drapery and lighting throughout the unit. Queen size bed size in each bedroom. BBQ available on balcony. Perfect for adults, one flight of stairs to access the space. Free on site laundry facilities. Maid service available
Guests have use of all facilities: heated pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, bar and on site library. During high season lots of group activities offered…yoga, walking classes, aquatic classes
We are not on site but office administration is there to help with any issues
Great location with walking distance to Walmart, Super Lake grocery store, shopping plaza. Enjoy all the area has to offer

The space
Welcome to unit #124 in beautiful Bird’s of Paradise. We renovated the kitchen and bathrooms and new drapery, blinds and fans were installed in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has new granite countertops. There is a BBQ on the balcony and new table for your relaxing and taking in the stunning view.
Tv and Shaw cable are in the unit.

The immediate area is heavily populated with expats, so you will also find someone to chat to and gain some advise.. that is free!
Also like to add that Lake Chapala and area voted the 2nd best climate in the world by National Geographic… that’s why we love this region!

The space
COVID – All booking clients must be vaccinated and show vaccination records before admittance to their unit. Your hosts and all our staff (cleaners, gardener, handiman) are vaccinated for your safety.
Architecturally designed, mainly contemporary style, total indoor and balcony space 74 sq m (796 sq ft) on second floor. Spacious open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. Full kitchen with granite counters. Kitchen cupboards and doors and closets are all solid “parote” hardwood. Oaxaca carpets. The living room and balcony face Ajijic Centro and lake (but obscured by unfinished buildings and trees). Bedroom is a few steps up from the living room, facing our professionally landscaped garden with mangos, bananas, and hummingbirds. Queen bed, brick cupola and ceiling fan, ensuite washroom with shower. High-ceilinged living room with ceiling fan, window blinds. Wi-Fi and a 50” TV.
Air conditioning is not necessary, as it catches the on-shore breezes.
Just up from your front door is the roofed and furnished roof patio, shared with other guests, with spectacular lake and sunset views
